Modeling of the all-solid-state dye-sensitized solar cell is achieved. Typical redox mediator (I1−/I3−) is replaced with a narrow band gap Polymer. The simulated open-circuit voltage of 1.49 eV results in high quantum yield. The high efficiency of HTM is due to its low reorganization and exciton binding.
