Grinded coconut waste (CW) particles were used as bio-fillers to prepare epoxy composites. Surfaces of CW particles were modified to make them compatible bio-fillers. CW particle surfaces were modified by a novel PECVD method. PECVD treatment was effective in preparation of composites having enhanced properties.
