ω-transaminase was efficiently immobilized within LentiKats®. A miniaturized packed bed reactor (MPBR) was developed and scaled-up. The best reactor productivity was achieved with the widest MPBR with the hexagonal channel. The optimal temperature of 55 °C was evaluated at continuous MPBR operation. More than 80% of the initial productivity has been retained after a period of 21 days of the continuous MPBR operation.
