文摘

Thin hexagonal platelets of ZnO were electrodeposited on the ITO glass. Annealing under high magnetic field promoted the c-axis of hexagonal platelets orienting parallel to the substrate. The PL spectra of the ZnO films exhibited the main blue emission.
