A new biocatalyst for biodiesel production by lipase from hepatopancreas of Pacific white shrimp. 97.01% biodiesel yield was obtained by partially purified lipase. The biocatalyst was measured through several optimization rounds. Fuel properties of biodiesel showed compliance with the international standards.
