Evolution of LATP phase from glass is studied exclusively.

Conductivity enhancement is correlated to the extent of crystallization in LATP glass-ceramics.

Increase in crystalline volume content with soak time followed KJMA equation of grain growth kinetics.

Significant increase in ionic conductivity is in accordance with percolation scaling law.
