Ceramic/iron composite coatings with different WC contents were fabricated by resistance seam welding. Coatings with higher WC contents on microstructure, hardness and wear resistance were analyzed. Wear performance and behaviors of WC reinforcement were evaluated by comparing rubber wheel test with ball-on-disc test.
