High level expression of immunodominant ectodomain of PPRVF protein in E. coli in native form. Its characterization and immunoreactivity as antigen or immunogen by ELISA and immunoblotting. Immune response of the expressed recombinant protein in Rabbit was studied. Expressed recombinant PPRV F protein can be used for detection of PPRV antibodies in infected and vaccinated sheep and goats.
