MEKC-DAD method for the determination of nine tomato polyphenols in 20 min. BGE used consisted in a 11.3 mM borax buffer containing 11.2 mM SDS adjusted to pH 8.5. Separation of polyphenols was optimized using RSM and weighted desirability function. It was applicable to high throughput analysis typical from breeding programs.
