Flow pattern in silos discharged from wall out-let was studied.
Normal wall pressure in flow channel near out-let is smaller than that before discharge.
Discharge overpressure coefficient in the static zone can be 1.64.
Discharge overpressure coefficient in the pressure ear zone can be as high as 2.90.
