Evaluation of 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine and NFkB activation, oxidative stress response, acetylcholinesterase activity, and histopathological changes in rainbow trout brain exposed to linuron

We evaluated biochemical and physiological effects in the brain tissues of rainbow trout exposed to linuron. 8-OHdG and NFkB immunopositivity was detected in brain tissues exposed to linuron. Linuron exposure causes oxidative and histopathological damage in brain tissues. Linuron may disturb the biochemical and physiological functions of fish.
