Pure and Co2+ doped ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by sol-gel auto combustion technique.
The effect of the Co2+ ions on the structural, electrical and dielectric properties of ZnO nanoparticles is presented.
Pure and Co2+ doped ZnO nanoparticles showed the semiconducting nature at above room temperature.
The dielectric properties decrease with increase in frequency and also dopant concentration.
Pure and Co2+ doped ZnO nanoparticles dielectric properties can be use for high frequency device applications.
