LaFeO3 is a kind of p-type semiconductor and perovskite oxide. It is seldom used in gas sensor. The response to 100 ppm formaldehyde increased 3 times because of the doped Ag. The sensor has a fast response and recovery time of 2 s and 4 s to formaldehyde.
