CFD simulations of turbulent nonreacting and reacting flows for rocket engine applications

A consistent thermodynamic framework is implemented into a CFD code. Various transport property models are validated for rocket engine applications. The real gas framework is used to simulate flows with transcritical injection. Various turbulence modeling strategies are applied and results are compared to each other.
