Combined treatment of Res and DPI were more effective in protecting irradiated bone marrow cells in vitro. No enhanced protection on TBI induced hematopoietic system injury by combinging Res and DPI in vivo. Agent interactions should be emphasized when predicting combination effect in vivo according to the experiments in vitro.
