Electrochemical noise analysis was applied to diagnose PEM fuel cell. PEM fuel cell diagnostic is based on power spectral density characterization. Power spectral densities is highlighted a linear slope at OCV for all humidities. The membrane drying is characterized by three linear slope at low frequency.
