A UHPLC-MS/MS method was established for simultaneous determination of 20 AAs. Vacutainer tube and storage time were both checked for interference in AA analysis. ANOVA for repeated measurement was applied based on Mauchly's test of Sphericity. A good consistency of AA concentrations was observed in heparin and EDTA-3K plasma. Heparin or EDTA-3K plasma within 6 h storage time was advocated for AA analysis.
