Non-stoichiometric LZT compositions prepared by the conventional solid state route. Deficiency of Zn2+ ion brings deterioration of the microwave dielectric properties. The best microwave dielectric properties belong to Li2Zn1.06Ti3O8 ceramic. Deviation in Zn2+ ions content from its stoichiometry affected strongly on Q × f.
