A unique hydrothermal process, high temperature mixing method under hydrothermal condition (HTMM), was developed. The grain size of BST and NaNbO3 crystals were decreased by HTMM. Assembled porous structures were constructed by HTMM. Formation mechanism was elucidated from the viewpoint of nucleation and grain growth.
