Methods for energy project evaluation with sustainability perspectives can be useful. MCDM techniques offer advantages for evaluating and ranking energy projects. We introduce a novel hierarchical evaluation framework for energy projects. We propose a GDM-supported integrated model based on AHP and VIKOR. We apply our model on a case study with four energy projects located in Turkey.
