Increased steam conditioning temperature consistently improved pellet quality. Low steam conditioning temperatures preserved amino acid digestibility. Spirulina algae inclusion improved pellet quality at low conditioning temperatures. Spirulina algae and low temperatures improved pellet quality and maintained TAAD.
