Roles of L-type calcium channels (CaV1.2) and the distal C-terminus (DCT) in differentiation and mineralization of rat dental apical papilla stem cells (rSCAPs)
The knockdown of CaV1.2 suppress rSCAPs differentiation. The expression of DCT inhibits rSCAPs differentiation. DCT is localized to the nucleus during the mineralization induction of rSCAPs.
