Effect of oxygen partial pressure on structural and optical properties of pulsed laser deposited CaBi4Ti4O15 thin films

Polycrystalline CaBi4Ti4O15 thin films are fabricated using Pulsed laser deposition method. Effect of oxygen partial pressure (OPP) on structural, morphological, optical and vibrational properties were discussed. Increase in OPP leads to increase in particle size, unit cell volume and decreases band gap. Variation of vibrational modes with OPP is discussed.
