Cyclic stretching was favor for the expression of proteins associated with mineral metabolism in cementoblasts. The expression of proteins associated with mineral metabolism under cyclic stretching was attenuated by TNF-α. The ratio of RANKL/OPG was increased in the presence of TNF-α and cyclic stretching.
