Interface topography was considered with the Cooper–Mikic–Yovanovich correlation.

MWCNT orientation, MWCNT length reduction, and contact pressure were investigated.

Obtained interfacial thermal conductance ranged from 105 to 109 W/(m2⋅K).

MWCNT orientation and contact pressure were identified as important factors.

Thermal conductivity anisotropism exceeding five was observed for various directions.
