For the first time, p-MHB single crystal was grown from TSSG method. Good optical quality p-MHB bulk single crystal was grown. Optical transparency of p-MHB is found between 307 and 2136 nm. SHG intensity of the grown p-MHB is twice that of inorganic KDP.
