A UPLC-ESI-QTOF-MS2 method was used to identify the chemical constituents in THL. The metabolites in rats after administration THL extract were also investigated. The in vivo antioxidant activities of THL were evaluated for the first time. A total of 75 compounds were detected and 26 metabolites were identified. The phenolics of THL might play key role in the in vivo antioxidant activities.
