Minerals and fatty acids contents of peels, pulps and seeds

Inner peels of Caryocarvillosum (piquiá) showed high iron content.

Seeds of Caryocarvillosum (piquiá) presented high content of total lipids.

Endopleura uchi (pulps) presented the highest levels of oleic acid and α-linolenic acid.
