A facile cascade signal amplification strategy using DNAzyme loop-mediated isothermal amplification for the ultrasensitive colorimetric detection of Salmonella
Novel dLAMP sensor was developed by introducing DNAzymes into LAMP system. The method facilitates an ultrasensitive visual assay for even less 0.5 pg DNA. The principle to tailor DNAzymes compatible with LAMP was established. dLAMP sensor enhances the visual sensitivity of LAMP. Zero background was realized by introducing signal precursor.
