Deprotonation of tetrapyrazinoporphyrazines was studied in solutions and gas-phase. Fusion of pyrazine rings strongly enhance NH-acidity of porphyrazine macrocycle. Complementary H-bonding with two water molecules stabilize the dianionic form. Water in pyridine can be determined spectrophotometrically.
