Foamy PBLG/PLGA/bioglass composite scaffolds were fabricated by negative templating. PBLG/PLGA/bioglass composite scaffolds displayed tunable physicochemical properties. PBLG/PLGA/bioglass composite scaffolds had good biocompatibility in vitro and in vivo. PBLG/PLGA/bioglass composite scaffolds could promote the healing of bone defects.
