We report an angle-scanning optical surface-plasmon-resonance (SPR) based biosensor designed with a laser line generator.
The laser beam is only driven to scan automatically on the surface of the biosensor while the area CCD camera is fixed without moving.
It is capable to detect a change in the refractive index of the ethanol solution with the relative high linearity at the correlation coefficient of 0.9842.
The expanded detection range could be achieved effectively.
