GE180 glass cells showed wall relaxation times for hyperpolarized (HP) 129Xe > 20 h.
Storage time (T1) of HP 129Xe was prolonged to ca. 9 h by adding an equal amount of CO2.
This gas mixture was successfully transported over 220 km using a magnetic box.
