The width of the FZ and HAZ in laser joint is obviously smaller.

The mean grain size of FZ in TIG and laser joint is 33.9 μm and 6.1 μm respectively.

Both the minimum microhardness is obtained in the FZ with almost the same value.

The microhardness of HAZ in laser joint is higher than that of the TIG joint.

The ultimate tensile strength of TIG and laser joint is 436.2 MPa and 471.1 MPa.
