Expression of TPI1 was decreased in HCC tissues. TPI1 expression was correlated with HCC patients' survival and progression of HCC. TPI1 significantly inhibited the growth, migration and invasion of HCC cells. TPI1 induced cell cycle arrest in HCC cells. TPI1 affected the expression of genes associated with cell growth and metastasis.
