The spontaneous process of InP alloys can be occurred in RS more than in ZB. (In,Zn)P has the strongest sharing electrons when compared with other InP alloys. The dielectric performance is reduced by the alloying effect, and transformed to conductor as high frequencies. Photoabsorption of InP alloys in ZB decreases under high pressure, while it increases in RS. Ductility of InP is induced by the Zn, Si, Sn and S substitutions.
