Pure LiBH4 films were fabricated under a pre-discharged H2 atmosphere at ambient temperature. The hydrolysis processes of LiBH4 films were suggested. The different hydrolysis products resulted in the changes of energy-band structures. We further demonstrated the experimental results according to the theoretical calculation.
