The hydroxyhydrido salt [Rh₆(PⁱPr₃)₆H₁₁(OH)][BAr^F₄]₂ results fromthe addition of water to [Rh₆(PⁱPr₃)₆H₁₂][BAr^F₄]₂. This reaction isreversible, and the addition of dihydrogen to [Rh₆(PⁱPr₃)₆H₁₁(OH)][BAr^F₄]₂ results in the elimination of water and the regeneration ofthe hydride cluster.
