Aplaminal (1), a novel triazabicyclo[3.2.1]octane framework metabolite, has been isolated from the sea hare Aplysia kurodai. The structure wasdetermined by analysis of NMR data and confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Aplaminal (1) exhibits cytotoxicity against HelaS₃ cells.
