Organic field-effect transistors with hydrogen-bonded diketopyrrolopyrrole鈥搕hiophene co-oligomers were fabricated by a solution-process method with annealing at 200 掳C, showing ambipolar charge-carrier transfer with field-effect mobilities up to 渭_h = 6.7 脳 10^鈥? cm² V^鈥?聽s^鈥? and 渭_e = 5.6 脳 10^鈥? cm² V^鈥? s^鈥?.
