Reactions of [Cp*Ir(SH)2(PMe3)] (1; Cp* = 
5-C5Me5) with [CpTiCl3] (Cp = 5-C5H5) and [TiCl4(thf)2]in the presence of triethylamine afforded the sulfido-bridged titanium-iridium heterobimetallic complexes[CpTiCl(
2-S)2Ir(PMe3)Cp*] (2) and [TiCl2(2-S)2Ir(PMe3)Cp*] (3), respectively.
5-C5Me5) with [CpTiCl3] (Cp = 5-C5H5) and [TiCl4(thf)2]in the presence of triethylamine afforded the sulfido-bridged titanium-iridium heterobimetallic complexes[CpTiCl(2-S)2Ir(PMe3)Cp*] (2) and [TiCl2(2-S)2Ir(PMe3)Cp*] (3), respectively.
