Infinite dilution binary diffusion coefficients D12 for arabinose, xylose, glucose, mannose, galactose, and sucrosein water were measured over the temperature range from (273.2 to 353.2) K at 0.1 MPa with the Taylor dispersionmethod. The values of D12/T were well correlated with water viscosity for each solute with average absolutedeviation AAD < 1.7 %. The accuracies for various predictive correlations were also examined.
