PurposeWhen living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) is performed on small infant patients, the incidence of hepatic artery complications (HACs) is high. Here, we present a retrospective analysis that focuses on our surgical procedure for hepatic arterial reconstruction and the outcomes of monosegmental LDLT.
