Purpose Mucosal melanoma of the head and neck is a rare entity with a poor prognosis. Sinonasal tract is a common occurrence site for this malignancy. The aim of this study is to provide an analysis of 25 patients diagnosed with sinonasal mucosal melanoma (SNMM) treated in a single institution.
