Aim To evaluate the efficacy of carbon nanoparticles (CNs) in identifying lymph nodes and preserving parathyroids in endoscopic total thyroidectomy (ETT) with central neck dissection (CND), and to further explore the role of CNs in recovering postoperative parathyroid function.
