Hintergrund Für das lokal begrenzte Prostatakarzinom sind die operative und die Strahlentherapie mit ?hnlicher Prognose (5-Jahres-überlebenswahrscheinlichkeit: 83–94%), jedoch mit unterschiedlichen Nebenwirkungsprofilen verbunden. Bei derart guter Prognose kann die posttherapeutische gesundheitsbezogene Lebensqualit?t (LQ) wichtig für die Therapieentscheidungsfindung sein.
