What happens when scientists support educational change? Studies and expert reports on inter-institutional cooperation networks in early childhood education point to support systems as an important working resource for educators. But the research about coaching, counseling, supervision and training is still in its infancy. In the following article we describe the form of explorative collaboration between kindergarten teachers and elementary school teachers with scientists in contextual support system of “Bildungshaus 3-0- The description of the survey methods, analysis and discussion of results with implications for coaching, training and supervision practice for (early childhood) education complete the examination.
