The following essay combines the subjekt belonging with a practical implementation based on concepts of group dynamics in the field of teacher education. Starting with a distinction between belonging and similarity, which was taken from Kurt Lewin, some theoretical concepts of belonging are developed. An introduction of basic knowledge of group dynamic follows. Both – the belonging and group dynamic knowledge – are combined in two concret courses within the field of teacher education. Conclusions and opportunities for intervention finishing the article.
