In der Kasuistik werden 2 Patienten mit einer spontanen pr?retinalen Makulablutung unter die hintere Glask?rpergrenzfl?che und die Membrana limitans interna beschrieben, wie sie typisch für eine Valsalva-Retinopathie ist. Mittels der ophthalmoskopischen Befunde sowie der optischen Koh?renztomographie und der Fluoreszeinangiographie werden die diagnostischen Charakteristika aufgezeigt. Zur Verbesserung der deutlich reduzierten Sehsch?rfe führten die spontane Resorption und zum anderen eine Pars-plana-Vitrektomie. ?tiologie, Diagnostik und Therapieoptionen werden anhand der Literatur er?rtert.
