PurposeMethotrexate administration is associated with frequent adverse neurological events during treatment for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Here, we present evidence to support the role of common drug interactions and low vitamin B₁₂ levels in potentiating methotrexate neurotoxicity.
